Here at Liberty we have a commitment to our clients and delivering excellent services to them. This year, Dee launched the agency’s first ever Client Services Award which would be judged by herself and the Client Services Director, Elena.

Having deliberated, cogitated and digested everybody’s performance, Dee and Elena selected Rachael Head, Vicki Fertnig, Helen Gough, Robert Haslam and Emma Cross as the five lucky runner ups, all of whom received a bottle of champagne.

Given the incredible level of competition, the winner of the competition would have really had to have excelled himself in 2011. No pressure.

Despite the lack of a drum roll, the very worthy winner was announced as... Michael Hayward, Liberty’s extremely talented web designer and digital maestro.

Selected for his exemplary commitment, Michael always goes the extra mile for teams and clients alike. An example of this commitment is the abundance of hours spent out of work hours to improve, master, and hone his programming skills, which has resulted in proficiently executed, wholly original, client websites and other digital marketing collateral.

With the abundance of creativity Michael shows, you could forgive him for overlooking the basics, but Michael always pays close attention to the little things, never missing a deadline and always showing the personal touch.

Michael’s prize isn’t just a huge big-up on our new website (which he designed!), he gets a fully paid for three night stay in a fancy New York Hotel for two, including flights. CONGRATULATIONS MICHAEL!
